Core Health Care Charity located in Port Moody, BC.
Services Provided by Kinsight Community Society
1) We provide early intervention & family support services to individuals & families of children & youth who are at risk for, or have a developmental delay. Services include home, school & child care visits; group opportunities for support; networking; training; & educational development. Services are individually tailored to address needs related to child development, parenting and community resources. Programs supporting children and youth from ages birth to 19 include: Infant Development, Supported Child Development, Complex Developmental Behavioural Conditions, Family Support, and Speech/Language/Occupational/Physical therapies. (2) We provide day program support for adults with an intellectual disability. Programs include recreational opportunities including summer camps, centre based programs, supported employment, & community based programs. (3) We provide group home support, semi-independent living support, independent living support, as well as home support for adults with intellectual disabilities.
