The Birdtail Country Museum continues to keep active and in 216 close to 500 people entered our doors to Parkake in various special events and activities as well as tour the facilities and see our artifacts. We have a dadicated group of members and volunteers who contributed nearly 2000 hours of their volunteer time. The education of our school students is one of our key efforts. We offer our display of native artifacts and archival material to our Fist Nations people to view. We see this as being very high on our list of priorieties. A large number of artefacts were catalogued and again research projects for families and groups looking for historical information was accomplished. The displays are ever changing throughout the buildings to keep the visitor's interest.
