Wyndham House provides a continuum of care for homeless and at-risk youth aged 16 to 24 that includes: -a residential program focusing on education, community involvement and life skills; -an emergency shelter for any youth experiencing a housing crisis; -a resource providing outreach support and services in the areas of health, education, employment and community engagement as well as basic needs. In the current fiscal year, 680 individuals accessed the services of these three programs.
