Services Provided by SOUTH FRASER SENIOR CARE SOCIETY
Provides 24/7 health care, various recreation services (weekly happy hour, movie nights, sports festivals, etc.) and various therapy programs to enhance the well-being of our 157 Elders with complex physical & medical needs; various multi-cultural events, social & spiritual activities to promote community participation/interaction (Diwali festival, fine dining with family, min-concerts, bus trips, etc.). Provided 14,925 volunteer hours including volunteers with special needs; learning centre for various colleges/universities within our community (15,925 practicum hours). Eat Go & Grow programs to promote inter-generational activities between our Elders and children (age 8-12) in a summer camp setting.
