Maintain and operate an arts information office and resource library; Maintain 2 regional arts websites; Publish a monthly arts information email bulletin "Kootenay Arts E-Bulletin"; Publish and distribute arts, culture & heritage magazine "ARTiculate" twice annually; Publish & distribute "Kootenay Festivals & Events Brochure" annually; Print & distribute professional development manual "Business 101-for Artists Writers & Performers"; Offer ongoing advice, support & professional development workshops for artists & cultural workers; Partner with like-minded organizations to offer professional development opportunities for artists & cultural workers; Provide expertise & advice by participating in relevant community planning & committee work; Manage the "Columbia Kootenay Cultural Alliance," which acts as a funding delivery agent to administer Columbia Basin Trust arts, culture & heritage funding programs; Coordinate & manage the "Columbia Basin Culture Tour", a studio/heritage tour project of the Columbia Kootenay Culture Alliance, which includes publication of a print directory & a web guide.
