Vecova is a leading edge service and research organization that has been meeting the needs of persons with disabilities and the community-at-large in Calgary and Bow Valley Corridor since 1969/ Services are provided through an integrated services model to meet the changing needs of persons with disabilities so they may reach their fullest potential and benefit from the highest possible quality of life. A range of supports provided to children, youth and adults with disabilities includes: (1) living supports, (2) employment services, and (3) wellness services. In addition, psychological and social work supports are provided to persons with disabilities and their support networks. Vecova Research services provide support to the sector with design for real-life solutions for pressing social concerns within our communities. Vecova also operates a recreation center providing opportunities for public engagement; and operates Social Enterprises that employees persons with disabilities.
