The ongoing program of the Victoria Women's Association Bursary Fund is designed to fulfill the purpose of the VWA which is to assist financially needy students of Victoria College by means of a Bursary Fund raised by voluntary contributions. Each year, a letter of appeal is sent to the members of the VWA and to previous donors and non-members. These funds are donated to the Victoria Women's Association Endowed Bursary Fund. This fund is administered by Victoria College, and funds are distributed to students in financial need.
