For over 119 years Carefor Health & community Services, a registered not-for-profit charity, has been helping people remain comfortably and safely in their homes longer by providing home health care and community services to support their independence. In Eastern Ontario, our local services are available in our client's home, in a retirement facility, or in the community centers. Programs include: Personal Support and Homemaking, In-home rehabilitation, Nursing and foot care (in home and clinic), Palliative care, Wounding/leg specialists, Dementia and respite care (day & 24 hour), Transportation, Meal programs, Going home Program, Hospice and Assisted retirement living. Carefor's programs are designed to meet the local needs of the communities we service.
