VYT's mandate is fulfilled by providing an opportunity for youth voices to expressed in a creative partnership between young actors and adult theatre professionals. VYT's programs build self esteem, team building, confidence, life skills and creativity for youth ages 7 to 18, from diverse social and economic backgrounds. VYT's ongoing programs include Playbuilding, Kids Writes, and Teen Ensemble.
