VJLS-JH promotes Japanese language and culture through classes and programs for children 3 years old and above and adults. We also organize seasonal community events which draw participants from throughout the Metro Vancouver area to celebrate Japanese culture and to encourage multicultural understanding. Our Japanese Cultural Experience Program brings over 1000 grade school students for half-day workshops.
