Vancouver Foundation's (VF) granting programs support initiatives in a variety of fields including:arts, culture, environment, animal welfare, education, health and medical research, disability issues, and homelessness. Our grants assist in the creation of safe and supportive environments for children, youth and families. Our support engages the community in environmental conservation and funds educational programs that create learning opportunities for all. With our donors, we support community-based health and medical research and education. Through the expansion of the Neighbourhood Small Grants program, VF supports its "connect and engage" strategy. VF continues to address underlying causes of youth homelessness by ensuring that the most "at risk" youth are able to access needed resources. VF also continues to support innovative "green ideas" through our partnership with the City of Vancouver. VF supports a youth advisory team that engages in public engagement, research and partnership activities that address the unique needs of immigrant and refugee youth in B.C.
