Services Provided by Triumf
During fiscal year 2015-16, TRIUMF continued with its ongoing programs in particle physics, nuclear physics, nuclear astrophysics, nuclear medicine research, materials and molecular science research, and radioactive pharmaceutical research and production. TRIUMF also continued its support of Canadian educational institutions by assisting in the education of science, engineering and computer science students from the undergraduate to the postdoctoral level. TRIUMF's scientific outreach programs educate the general public and students of all ages about science in general and science undertaken at TRIUMF. TRIUMF is working with the Government of Canada and other interested partners to develop alternatives for radiopharmaceutical and isotope production.
