Torch Educational Foundation, operating as The Mabin School (the "School") is an independent school for girls and boys from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6. It is incorporated without share capital under the laws of Ontario. The mission of the School is to provide an educational environment in which children can fully develop their individual academic, intellectual, social/emotional, and physical potentials, each at his/her own pace. The acquisition of basic academic and social skills is the foundation on which all learning and development is built. These skills are archieved and ensured through active participation in a comprehensive program that involves exploring, investigating, and examining a rich cultural environment.
