Services Provided by The Valley Concert Society
The Society's goal is to promote the advancement of classical music and culture, in the Fraser Valley, for all ages. The society held six concerts of classical music for the benefit of the general public. One of the goals of the society is to further the music education of the younger generation - during this season one of our performers had a master class for teachers and students of piano. In addition, three bursaries were issued to students of classical music. In addition the Society offers a preferential ticket rate for all students registered in the local school system and local music schools so they may be able to attend the concert series
