A Retreat House that welcomes individuals and groups of all ethnic, cultural and faith backgrounds for retreats, workshops, and meetings in an atmosphere of prayer and reflection; "Food for the Soul"- a program of retreats, education and workshops open to all; an annual discernment program for women; "Alongsider" and "Companions" programs for those who wish to spend time living, learning and working with the sisters; a branch house in Victoria, B.C.; in both Toronto and Victoria volunteer outreach to inner city ministries and opportunities for personal discernment, counselling, and spiritual care in an environment that supports collective ecological responsibility and quiet green space in the midst of city life. Daily chapel services in both places are open to the public. Other work includes spiritual care at St. John's Rehab site of Sunnybrook, hospital governance, parish work and missions both in Toronto and Victoria; work for the the church at National and Diocesan levels; and teaching through Wycliffe College at the Toronto School of Theology.
