The Law Society Foundation raises funds to support its charitable activities related to: * Preparing and serving meals to persons in need or providing funding to hunger relief organizations with programs operating in Toronto, Barrie, London, Windsor and Ottawa, * Providing financial assistance to law students in Ontario through direct bursaries or the granting of funds to Ontario law schools for the purpose of providing financial assistance to students at law, * Providing grants in support of projects which promote legal education in Ontario, and * The preservation, restoration and maintenance of books, buildings and land of historic significance to Canada's legal heritage.
