1. Alumni Mentorship Program - Three-year program to provide meaningful activity for graduates of post-secondary institutions to engage in youth mentorship. The program introduces youth to a variety of jobs, careers and pathways which they will learn directly from professionals in the field and have the opportunity to experience real-life, hands-on workplace situations. 2. Speakers Bureau - a service that connects employers to elementary and secondary schools in Hamilton. It provides students exposure to jobs and occupations - experiences that can inspire career choices. 3. Career Mentorship - This program recruits volunteer mentors from different walks of life to provide experiential learning opportunities for young people within our community. 4. Code Clubs - bring youth together with the support of their teachers and mentors, to engage them in coding activities. Participating students create their own computer games, apps, robots and learn how to use technology creatively 5. E.L.A.T.E. - Funded program for high school graduates and unemployed youth to transition to work as they learn a broad range of basic technical skills that may be applied in the advanced manufacturing sector.
