During the 2016 fiscal cycle the Innis Harold Foundation underwent internal discussion of existing Board of Directors for either termination or revitalization in order to continue in it's core activities in support of the Innis College, Faculty of Arts and Science, University of Toronto (a registered Canadian charity) academic mission; e.g., student support, scholarship, research, etc. During this period it was determined to revitalize the charitable foundation returning it to an active status and transition the charitable entity to a new volunteer Board of Directors in pursuit of engagement and revitalization.
