The Commonwealth Games Foundation of Canada Inc. (the "Foundation") was established to provide financial assistance to the Commonwealth Games Association of Canada Inc. (the "Association") in connection with Canada's participation in the Commonwealth Games. The Association is a Registered Canadian Amateur Athletic Association that is responsible for the Canada Team that participates at the Commonwealth Games, once every four years.
