Youth & Family Support - Family Counseling for families for caregivers. Youth counseling for youth learnign to live independently inthe community. As well as subsidized youth and family counseling. Residential Programs - Residence providing residential care for youth. The Path provides on going support for highly challenged youth who are moving from a group home setting to foster care support for the foster parents. Caregiver Support Program - Transition suites program that supports mentors of youth living independent suites in their homes. Foster Home Support - Groups to enhance positive parenting skills, groups to provide support and education to at risk pregnant women, Family Resource drop-in program for parents and their children. Addiction services - The Bridge WMS provides 10 medically supported community based Withdrawal Management beds, for both men and women. Participants will be monitored by a physician and receive 24 hour a day care by a licensed practical nurse (LPN). The Bridge Withdrawal Management Services provides effective and safe withdrawal management services based on best practices and ethical codes of conduct. This program is strictly voluntary and participants are free to leave at any time. The Bridge provides 20 residential beds to those seeking intensive substance abuse treatment.
