Hold monthly education meetings for newly diagnosed persons with celiac disease including telephone and email support. Issue a Newsletter to all members including local dietitians. Support an annual Gluten-Free Shopping Day with local vendors in attendance to provide education, celiac awareness and gluten-free shopping for the membership and general public. Provide education kits to local physicians, dentists and restaurants to promote awareness, early diagnosis and safe gluten-free practices
