Addition of a new program "Save our Past" where citizens of Burlington are encouraged to share their past family history Improvements made to our General Meeting venue which made our guests feel welcomed and valued ie addition of Greeters; new professional looking signage; increased volunteer involvement and participation Addition of a new segment entitled "Bytes of Burlington" where guest speakers talked about our Burlington history to our monthly newsletter with distribution to email addresses instead of snail mail thus saving on postage Volunteer Archivist graduated with honours from a 2 year Records & Information Management course Website refurbishment started in 2016 and completed in March 2017 Requested to hold Burlington History classes at the Senior Centre in the Fall of 2017
