The trustee Shall at the end of each fiscal year make a donation of the balance of the net income of the trust Trust Fund to St. Thomas University, Fredericton, New Brunswick, or St. Francis Xavier University, Antigonish, Nova Scoita or to such organization as may succeed their functions or if there be no such organizations, to another registered Canadian charitable organization which in the lifetime of the settlors and the survivor may be selected by the settlors and such survivor.
