Volunteer Lethbridge strengthens and sustains a healthy, vibrant community through support and advancement of volunteer excellence. Volunteer Lethbridge builds connections and empowers individual and organizations to enhance volunteerism and grow volunteer capacity. Ongoing programs include: D.O.E.S(Doing Our Efforts Simply)-An 18 and over group that facilitates volunteerism with organizations needing volunteers. Prime Time Club-A program that occurs the first Tuesday of every month were 55+ get a chance to socialize over coffee and donuts. Buzz Sessions-A monthly professional development session for members and non-members on topics most useful for these organizations. National Volunteer Week-A week were activities are planned around recognizing volunteers in the community. Leaders of Tomorrow-A gala during National Volunteer Week that recognizes the outstanding contributions youth make in our community. D.O.E.S. Light(Doing Our Efforts Simply Light)-An under 18 group that facilitates volunteerism in the community with organizations needing volunteers.Human Voice Drive-A program where volunteers donate their voice to a "voice bank." These voices are then used to give those without a vpoice, a unique voice.
