Train summer students in the care of museum artifacts, as well as repair and maintenance of heritage buildings. Train interested people in wheelwrighting, blacksmithing and operation of steam traction engines. Restore antique farm equipment. Restore original 1929 grain elevator. Partner with local municipalities to host festivals and special events. Offer courses in soap-making, scrub board laundry, lard rendering, rope making, milk separating, butter churning, ice cream and cottage cheese making, wood stove firing. Offer weekly ethnic lunches to local community and visitors.
