Public Amenities Charity located in Salt Spring Island, BC.

Protection of the environment, including the watersheds of and the water in Salt spring Island lakes) for the benefit of the public. We are actively engaged in protecting and restoring the ecosystems and biodiversity in the drinking lake watershed lands that we own and educating the public about doing the same on other watershed lands on the island. We also undertake activities and public education to reduce and prevent pollution of drinking lake waters. We perform ongoing maintenance, protection and restoration on the lands that we own. We also sponsor scientific research that will enhance protection of drinking water quality and quantity.
