The society continues to lead the Canadian Drowning Prevention Coalition, which will be releasing portions of the Canadian Drowning Prevention Plan at the 2017 World Conference on Drowning Prevention (Vancouver, BC Oct 2017). Development of the Drowning Prevention plan continued in 2016. Our Leadership program underwent a major revision, released in May 2016, which will result in standardized leadership curricula moving forward.
