Employment Support-provides support services and assistance to persons with mental illness and barriers to employment to find employment. Youth Program - provides youth a structured program with assistance in looking for employment through coop/employment opportunities. Entrepreneurial Programs - assist persons interested in self-employment with loans, financial needs and mentorship. Social Business - four social businesses - offering employment skills and training to move into comparable employment in the community. Wellness Program - in-house gym with trainer for clients to concentrate on their physical well being, building confidence and self-esteem. Needlehunters & Janitorial Programs - specific contracts within the community to offer employment and service for more challenged clients. Vocational/Recreational - offering services to persons with severe mental illness a more in depth one on one service to adapt in the community and with employment.
