1. Counseling to all citizens of Calgary with specialized counseling to young parents and their children. 2. Daycare services (licensed by Prov of AB) to adolescent parents 3. Early childhood services to "at risk" adolescents and their children 4. Family services provided through outreach locations - schools, churches, community centers, etc. 5. Administer daycare subsidy and learner bursary for girls at Louise Dean School with Govt of AB funding.
