RKY fosters teamwork, confidence and resiliency among the children and youth who attend our programs year round. It is our goal that staff and participants who experience an RKY program will leave as better friends, citizens and people. RKY does this through the following program offerings: - Educational/Recreational and Leadership programs for; youth, families, schools and community groups 12 months of the year. - Traditional Summer Camp Program include; archery, canoeing, kayaking, out-tripping, outdoor living skills, arts and crafts, music, challenge course (climbing), low ropes and creative all camp programs. - Through a partnership with The Duke Of Edinburgh Organization. RKY Camp offers Bronze, Silver and Gold Adventurous Journeys. We provide financial assistance for the participants in the Greater Kingston area whose families are unable to pay the regular registration fee. RKY also provides integration opportunities for children and young adults with developmental and physical disabilities. RKY was founded by the YMCA, Rotary Club, and Kiwanis club of Kingston, Ontario and is located in Parham Ontario.
