Our charitable program: The Foundation provides funds and direction to two universities for expenditure as directed. The funds are to be used for the purpose of: 1) Providing financial assistance to students to enable them to enter or to complete graduate or post-graduate studies in engineering at the University of Toronto or Michigan Technological University; and 2) Providing funds for research in electrical, chemical, metallurgical or mining engineering. During each fiscal period, 75% of the funds provided are awarded to the University of Toronto, and 25% of the funds provided are awarded wo Michigan Technological University.
