D)HOST:Matching newcomers with established residents who will assist the newcomers in becoming familiar with the practical aspects of living in the Canadian community for example, shopping, public transit. E)Counselling:Providing professional clinical counselling to individuals, couples, families who require them in order to maximize their quality of life and contribute to vibrant communities.
