The children's centre is operated by the Preschool Centre Association and provides enriched preschool and nursery programs for children ages 2 to 5 years who come from a wide range of backgrounds of varied families. To ensure any children from any level of family income is encouraged to attend the centre, fees are intentionally kept low. The programs and operations of the centre are managed by a volunteer board of parents. Five teachers are hired to run the programs which include: preschool programs for children ages 3-5 and nursery programs for children aged 2 years.
