1.We offer an information and referral telephone line linking parents, caregivers and community professionals serving families to community programs and resources, as well as Parent Support telephone line for parents seeking advice and encouragements. 2.We offer community and on-site playgrounds serving over 500 individual families. 3.We offer a Toy Lending Library for children and a Book and DVD lending library for parents. 4.We do outreach and partner with community organizations. 5.We provide Early Literacy workshops for parents and professionals. 6.We provide individual parenting support to vulnerable families through "Reaching Out" program. 7.We manage the incredible Directory - a comprehensive on-line directory of services for parents and professional. 8.We offer training programs to new caregivers through Supporting Neighbourhood Caregivers Program. 9.We offer a playgroup for parents and their infants under 18 months of age. 10.We offer a Massage, Music and Movement group for parents and their infants under one year of age. 11.We offer a mandated parenting program called. "Making Parenting Connections" for families involved with CAS with children 0-6 years old. 12.We provide support to early years professionals to monitor, support and promote recording and tracking early childhood development indicators.
