Oyster River Enhancement Society is a
Community Resources Charity located in Black Creek, BC.
Services Provided by Oyster River Enhancement Society
1.To promote the upgrading and enhancement of the Oyster River watershed as a fish bearing habitat. 2.To promote and undertake works to the banks and bed of the Oyster River, to reduce flooding and erosion prevent property damage and risk to persons from such flooding and erosion. 3.To study and report upon all aspects of the Oyster River watershed relating to industrial, residential and nature effects and the effects of works upon water quality, water flow and riverbed composition. 4.To promote and undertake recreational activities and facilities for persons residing near the Oyster River.
