Chez Nous provides a welcoming place for people who live in the core area and streets of Winnipeg. It's a place where people can be safe, share in fellowship, have coffee, play cards or other games/crafts. Showers and clothing/food are provided at no charge on a daily basis as requested. Twice a month there is a "sore day" where people can purchase at very low prices toiletries, bedding, dishes, etc. An annual outing occurs each year such as a BBQ with game, etc. An annual Christmas dinner with gifts is provided ofr about 90 people. A phone line is provided for contacting services, making appointments, seeking housing and/or employment.
