2016 Annual Conference was scheduled to be held April 30, 2016. Speakers and instructors had been booked for certain workshops, travel arrangements had been made for those out-of-town/country. Some attendees had registered and paid in advance. A small amount of donations had been received. Conference had to be canceled when facilities serving as intended venue became unavailable on short notice. Registration fees paid were refunded, receipts for donations received were issues. A number of costs were able to be avoided but certain non-refundable costs had been incurred.
