We administer a coffee kiosk located at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital, and a cafe located in the new Millstone medical building opposite the hospital. We administer the Nanaimo Lifeline Program, a personal response service. We provide grants to the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital, a hospital serving Nanaimo and surrounding area for the purpose of purchasing equipment, educational scholarships and major renovations. We provide grants to three extended care facilities; Eagle Park Lodge in Qualicum Beach, Trillium Lodge in Parksville, and Dufferin Place in Nanaimo.
