Basically inactive - the world festival occurs every 4 or 5 years. The last one was in 2013. - provide information about the MSMF across Canada in those purpose is to send youth and students to an international youth fest local/conference in better to promote better understanding, friendship and peace among the youth of Canada and the world. The first festival started in 1947 in reaction to the horrors and injustice of World War 2.
