We conduct our annual canvass in October. We send out household letters to everyone stating a date for their return. We then canvass all who haven't replied. Income tax receipts are issued to each donor. The money collected for each organization as specified are totalled and cheques are sent to each organization. Canvass results are then sent out as householders. We do throughout the year collect memorial donations, issue receipts to donor, notify families that a donation has been made and send the donation immediately to specific organizations.
