Calgary Association of Self Help is a community mental health centre that provides client centered, flexible services promoting the abilities of adults with a mental illness. The association provides: - Social/recreation programs, support counselling services and psychosocial/educational programs for adults with a mental illness. We help people improve their skills through our interpersonal and activities of daily living programs; Our art program help our clients develop their skill in the visual and literary arts. - Over 100 volunteers contribute over 10,000 hours annually and assist the 22 staff to carry out the Association's mission.
