La Leche League of Canada has provided accurate information and social support to breastfeeding mothers in Canada for over 50 years, through phone help, group meetings, information leaflets and in person. A 1-800-line, e-mail and a website allow women in communities where no trained volunteer leader lives access to LLLC services. LLLC also offers conferences for parents, and brestfeeding education seminars for health professionals.
