Burnaby Arts Council is a

Services Provided by Burnaby Arts Council
1. Deer Lake Gallery - The Burnaby Arts Council (BAC) publicly solicits applications for its 10-12 exhibitions each calendar year. The gallery features its members as well as BC emerging contacts. 2. Burnaby Summer Theatre - Through a federal grant the BAC hires Simon Fraser University theatre students to write, direct or perform to children and families. 3. Deer Lake Festival - Held for the last 44 years. The BAC holds this event every November for craft vendors to sell to the public. This is now a "festival" with additional community groups performing music and dance.
