We art participating in a study of short-eared owls on Amherst Island. We have developed a management plan for highly sensitive owl habitat on private property on Amherst Island. We are participating in studies of aerial insectivores such as Purple Martins and grassland birds such as Bobolinks and Meadowlarks in our region.
