Services Provided by Inclusion Bc Society
1) Support to families with children who have developmentally disabilities by reviewing policies and providing support on individual support cases. 2) Provide information and referral services. 3) Conduct research on law and policy reform maybe required to protect and advance the rights of people with developmental disabilities. 4) Expand people's knowledge about the community living sector, develop strategic alliances and community capacity to promote the full citizenship rights of people with developmental disabilities and their families. 5) Identify and increase awareness and understanding by alls takeholders of the issues, concerns and successful practices related to the provision of and access to health care services for children with disabilities. 6) Conduct training events in order to build agency capacity in providing supports on developmental disability issues. 7) Develop communications tools to enhance engagement of stakeholders in Inclusion BC.
