The purpose of the charity is to help victims of disaster in Canada and worldwide by conveying to them food, clothing, medicines and shelter, on an ad-hoc basis. Christian counselling and scriptures may also be provided. The Board of Directors enters a Contractural Agency Agreement with its missionary representatives to carry out a project, or purchase and distribute relief supplies, according to prior board approval, regarding the use of funds.
