Representation of injured workers at Admin. tribunals hearings; summary legal advice and assistance to injured workers in Ontario and to representatives of injured workers; Training to other injured worker advocates and injured workers, production of public legal educational materials. Provide educational materials and publications to assist in the representation of injured workers. We also continue to run a satellite clinic that is staffed by students from the University of Toronto faculty of Law. The students carry cases and obtain hands-on experience in representing injured workers.
