The society operates two drop-in centres, a safe home and a transition house, providing both support and shelter to women and children in abusive situations in the Sea to Sky corridor, from the lower mainland and other areas of Canada. The Society also owns and operates Pearls Value & Vintage, a second-hand thrift store located in downtown Squamish, British Columbia. It accepts used, donated items from the community, and exhanges them for cash donations to further assist with the funding of Society operations. The Society has four residential rental apartments. Rental income earned assists the Society with the cost to operate and maintain the rental units as well as the drop-in centre. The Society also has children's counselling and youth education programs.
