"Miles Meals" provides Meals on Wheels & eat in meals - daily - Mon - Fri. "PMH" provides an outing with activities for disabled & shut in seniors, weekly. Flu & health info clinics, periodicly. Execise activities - winter months Senior activities - cards; pool tables; floor curling; floor shuffleboard; table shuffleboard; darts & other games - availible daily or weekly. Friendship - special dinners, monthly, intergenerational dinners & weekly activities weekly for 8 weeks. Quilters meet once a week for quilting Wii program. All programs are operated by volunteers
