Bonar-Parkdale Presbyterian Church provides temporal and spiritual care to its members and the community through public worship services, Christian education, pastoral visitations etc. It also provided programmes of temporal and spiritual nature to children's groups, men's and women's groups. BPPC also supported the greater ministry of the Presbyterian Church in Canada. A once-month dinner open to everyone in the community was started in February 2015. It is called More than Soup and is aimed at assisting those who need a meal and fellowship BUT is available to all in the community. This has been a highly successful programme.
